- Nadine PHORRIFIED! I viewed a few properties through other local companies and was horrified by the poor state the houses were in. They might have had a flat screen TV, but the bathroom was disgusting or the kitchen old and outdated. The adverts were deceiving! I was unsure about what to do when a lecturer at uni recommended Student rooms and rentals in Canterbury and so I checked it out. I was so relieved to find something suitable, clean and in excellent condition. The landlord looks after the houses and as a student, he has always been on the end of the phone if I needed help with something. If you are looking, I would recommend call this place to save yourself the running around I had to endure.
- Wingham HI arranged a house through this company last year and found them helpful and very accommodating. Our son has had a lovely house which has been kept at a high standard at St Stephens Court. The landlord was particularly helpful and my husband and I would recommend any student looking for a nice house to call Student rooms and rentals first.

Christian sorted me out with a really nice room. The house was pretty standard, but was always clean, with the gardens tidy. As a service, it can't be faulted.
